David at Newport Bathroom Centre designed an excellent complete refit for our small bathroom to include bath removal, installing shower cubicle. He has tremendous knowledge of product availability, specifications and manufacturing installation requirements. Installation was completed by Gareth( plumber) and Gareth(carpenter) both being skilled, friendly respectful and professional members of the team . Mr Mrs C Taylor

From initially going in to the store and having the tub installed. The service was excellent Dave’s advice was spot on regarding the tub, planing and arranging delivery getting the tub in was faultless you would never have known they had to take my fence down. No mess no fuss professional through out. Nothing was to much trouble, and the after sales care has been first class.

Excellent experience on fitting new bathroom. The design and administration were excellent. All the tradesmen used were excellent and real craftsmen. They tidied up as they went along in luring removal of rubbish. Any delays were clearly communicated as soon as possible and at no stage were we left wondering what was happening. The end result was superb and exactly what we wanted. Overall an excellent experience with an excellent company.

Thanks Dave for making sure my Splashbax panels were perfectly planned. Also for helping my handymen who hadn’t fitted those particular panels before. I’m thrilled with the result.

David designed my Wet room for my home and specified and supplied the Wedi Wet Room products that were required to create a leak free upstairs Wetroom. My master bathroom is long but not very wide, the design was critical to make best use of the space and completely on Point, the design feels spacious. The products supplied by Newport Bathroom Centre are very good quality and were supplied at a competitive price. David advised and helped my bathroom installers at various points during the installation, and nothing was too much trouble. Five star from concept through to delivery with loads of help and advise. I highly recommend Newport Bathroom Centre. I have already given David’s details to a friend who has also had a bathroom designed and supplied by David and his team. I am happy to say that my friend is also very happy they gave David the order.

Newport Bathroom Centre completed a refit of my bathroom / shower in Jan-25. Thrilled with the final result and also all interactions with Dave and his team. From beginning to end, it's clear what is included in the price and the options available to choose from. The team on site were respectful of my property and treated it like it was their own. I've already recommended Newport Bathroom Centre to friends and colleagues.

We had a specific style in mind for our new shower room (bringing it elements from both New Zealand and Japan that we had recently travelled too). Having seen beautiful New Zealand ocean blue porcelain tiles and good quality bathroom furniture in the NBC we asked Dave to supply the materials as we have plumbers within our family to fit. Dave also sourced a Japanese toilet, illuminated, demister and recessed mirror cabinet, sink, shower screen and shower and taps) which we were delighted with. The quality of everything supplied was fantastic and we highly recommend Dave for his knowledge and high level of customer support. Many thanks Dave - we are delighted with the results.

We have had a new kitchen , a wet room and bathroom , and the whole ground floor of our house tiled by these guys Their work has always been excellent and carried out on time and to budget. All work has been completed with a smile on their faces and no task was too much trouble for them, regardless of how unreasonable we might have benn We would never consider anyone else for this work in the future We cannot speak too highly of them

We had a Kitchen fitted, throughout the process we were always presented with choices and options that fitted our budget and the final design was perfect for us. Fitting standard was brilliant. Despite unavoidable delays as the start date ended up being in lock down, communication was excellent and there was lots of dialog about how and when it could be done with consideration for all concerned. The quality of finish and service was excellent and we went on to get an en-suite and downstairs bathroom refitted based on the quality of work and service.

Extremely slow service. Needed to get some work redone as the finish was poor. Wrong toilet delivered and took a long time to rectify. Customer service was very reluctant to rectify any mistakes. Workman were very slow to complete job.
